I installed windows defender but a message pop up It said applalication failed to ontialize 0x80016ba A problem caused wiindow defender sevice to stop I reconmened that I start the program manually. My question is how would I start this program manually.I run windows 2000 NT professional on my computer Thanks

Which Windows 2000 version are you running?
