new computer, canI take it with me
right now we have a dell dimension 8100 It's ready to go south on us, I was
wondering if there is a way to take are favorites list with us to install in
the new comp. It will be another Dell just do'nt know witch one it will be.
We have a couple hundred of sites for work and some fun ones I hate the
thought of haveing to write down every one of the site's. Is ther any way to
save them and transfer them to the new Dell? Your help would be greatly
appreciated thank's Gary If you know of any good upgrade's We love to
hear from you to, thanks again Gary

Re: new computer, canI take it with me
To copy your Favorites navigate to C:\Documents and
Settings\<your_user_name> and copy the Favorites to a floppy or a rewritable
cd.

I always make a copy of mine and store it on a different hard drive in case
of disasters ;)
