SBS2003/Email & Distribution
We have SBS 2003 Standard and 10 clients. Need to set up Outlook & Exchange
so that our main customer inquiry email account is downloaded from our ISP
server (POP3) and received in all of our sales reps inboxes. I think I can
do this by distribution list setup, but how do I make the inbox active to
changes from any sales rep. Ex: I receive mail in my inbox from the main
POP3 acct (parts@productsamerica.com) and also my personal account (also a
POP3, tara@productsameica.com). I want the sales reps to be able to see,
answer and move to a completed folder the inquiries from
parts@productsamerica.com, but not have access to my other email,
tara@productsamerica.com. How do I do that? Also- when I look in my inbox,
if something has been answered and moved, will it be moved out of my inbox
also? (hopefully.....) Please help, or direct me to a resource for educating
myself. Thanks in advance!
