Problem deleting a dll file named SskBho.dll   

I am having a problem trying to delete a file named SskBho.dll as it is 
attached to Explorer.exe ...I have a piece of software called unlocker to 
unlock the dll from the file that it is using.....but the problem is that it 
is attached to explorer.exe which shuts down the system.
