I have a DELL windows vista 32bit. I'm trying to install a printer software from HP officejet 6310 all-in-one series. when the installation is proceding, a windows screen problem report pops-out saying: "HP INSTALLER OPTION PLUG-IN HAS STOPPED WORKING". A PROBLEM CAUSED THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY. WINDOWS WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND NOTIFY YOU IF A SOLUTION IS AVAILABLE. Then I closed this window and nothing happens. For the past month, I had been checking if windows had resolved this problem. I haven't received or found any solution from microsoft or anyone that could fix this issue. I don't know what program is causing this problem. I had send to microsoft like about 50 times this problem report and I haven't got any feedbacks yet. Please Help thank you!!!!
