Subscription showing as expired?!?
Greetings all -

I'm a default techie for a non-profit in Chicago and purchased a TechNet
Plus Subscription through Microsoft's generous charity & Open Licensing
program. It was a two-year subscription, which was activated (approximately)
at the beginning of 2007. Logging in this morning (Mon), I received a
message, saying my subscription expired.

Needless to say, I'm quite confused. I'll likely call Technet support later
this morning, but because it's still 5:20am Pacific, I can't reach anyone
there now, so I thought I'd try posting on the newsgroup to see if anyone has
some insight.

FYI - the subscription was purchased in mid December 2006 and activated
within a week or two. The associated benefits (Software Assurance) for the
TechNet subscription and software purchased at the time should expire no
earlier than 12/11/2008. Any guesses as to why this is happening?

Thanks, in advance, for any help you can provide.

Have you had more than one subscription?
Use Manage my subscription to see if it is set to the old account number.
