External USB HDD   

I have 2 PCs, 1 running Win2k Pro & 1 running Win2k Server.
I have an external USB HDD wich works fine on the 2k Pro pc, but does not 
appear to work on my server.
The external HDD appears in 'Device Manager' but will not show in My 
Computer or in disk management in admin tools.
I have reinstalled the USB drivers for the device OK, but still can not 
access the disk.

Any suggestions?

1. diskmgmt.msc
2. To define a disk
3. right click
4. change drive letter and paths
