need a checkbox on activation site to indicate renewal or upgrade
attempted to renew my existing subscription (early) which expires at end of
August. I have a direct, but have a plus dvd media renewal card. all i
wanted to do was renew for an additional year, but there isn't any box to
check for that.
How do they know I am renewing, and not upgrading my existing subscription?
there should be a box to check to indicate if you are renewing or upgrading.
Now my info shows i have a DVD edition, but the expiration date is still Aug
08. It should be extended to Aug 09.
it would be nice to have a checkbox indicating if this is a renewal or an
upgrade, so I wouldn't have to call support on monday to straighten it out.
thanks.

RE: need a checkbox on activation site to indicate renewal or upgrade
now the activation site expired my current subscription (effecitive 5/3/08)
and gave me a new subscription expires 5/4/09. the current subscription
should not have expired until Aug 08, so now I lost four months??

RE: need a checkbox on activation site to indicate renewal or upgr
Warning to everyone...
don't upgrade a subscription until your current subscription expires. I
lost 4 months on my direct subscription and was told, your out of luck,
nothing we can do because it is an upgrade!!!
