I'm new, was clicking on the TechNet calendar, selected a Lab. Asked me to register so i filled out my personal details. Clicked ok. Would this have cost anything? It was asking me to confirm or cancel to go into the Lab, i clicked cancel.... Don't want my boss to suddenly get a bill... or am i freaking for nothing? Could someone explain if there are costs for things, i saw a subscriptions section is this the only area you would have to pay? Regards Chris
The two common Microsoft subscription services are "MSDN (developers network)" and TechNet Plus or Direct". There are multiple "benefits" associated such as OS/Application downloads, Virtual Labs, E-Learning. A limited number are offered "Free" for limited time periods. Subscription cost between $400 to $600 depending on benefits.
