MUI vs LIP
I downloaded Japanese language pack from Ultimate Extra of Windows
Update and also downloaded from technet subscriber download, Japanese
from a list of LIPs.

I understand that the language packs available for download from Windows
Update is MUI. But I compared these two downloads and found that they
are the same.

Why they are not labeled as LIP instead of MUI at Technet website? The
reason why I am concerned about this is that I understand installation
of LIP is permanent and irreversible whereas MUI can be uninstalled.
