Technet Subscription question   
If I purchase a new subscription now, will I have access to older stuff like 
Exchange 2003 or Windows 2000?

Exchange 2003, yes.  Windows 2000, no.  However, they have Windows 3.1 
and MS-DOS available: go figure.
