benefits access woes
Is it just me, or is anyone else having trouble accessing the benefits
sections of their technet plus subscription? I recently renewed my
subscription (so I know it's not expired), but every time I try to
access the managed newsgroups or support incident links, I get a "We
were unable to properly transfer you to the benefit you requested."
page containing an reference ID that changes each time (the latest is
B6F11BE4 in case anyone from MS is watching). I'm getting these errors
regardless of which machine, platform, or browser I use, so either my
passport account is hosed or my technet account. I've held off calling
the support number because I just haven't had an extra 2 or 3 hours to
spend on the phone troubleshooting it.

Re: benefits access woes
Their Servers Sometimes Go Down On Friday Night's And Weekend's 4 Routine
Maintenance, I Would Try Again On Monday Morning (Microsoft Time Zone =
U.S.A. Pacific Standard Time), And See If You Are Still Having The Same
Problem, 4 Me The Problem Usually Resolves Itself On It's Own, As Soon As
The Weekend Maintenance Is Over.
