My friend has Windows Me as his OS. He has been encountering two problems. Example one is when he visits his favorite sports page he can't access many of the links where as with a different computer he is able to. The second problem is when he swings his curser over a link quite often it will remain greyed out instead of getting darker and of course then opening when he clicks on it. Again on a different computer the link will darken when the mouse hovers over it and of course opens when clicked. Any help would be appreciated.
