Is there anyway that I can get MSDN Magazine not on paper but by e-mail?

Re: E-Magazine
Most of the articles seem to be made available at msdn.microsoft.com...

I don't think so. However, the magazine is available on the web here
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/default.aspx, so you could read the
articles that way (I think the site runs about a month behind the paper
magazine).

Also, the web site has an RSS feed here
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/rss/default.aspx. If you use an
aggregator that runs within your e-mail client (like NewsGator for example)
and if the RSS Feed includes the whole article (or at least a link to the
whole article) then I imagine you should be able to get pretty close to what
you want.
