Using ms word generated *.htm pages in asp.net   

I need to quckly create web pages that uses a master page from my asp.net 2.0 
application. Problem is that all the static documents that  I want to publish 
are in word. I want to find a better way ( other then copy and past and 
re-arranging) to quickly convert them in to aspx pages so that they make use 
of my master page for the layout style. Any Help???
