bad_pool_caller   
When I try to start my computer, after the big window appears, suddenly the 
computer stops and a screen blue appears with this message:

Se ha encontrado un problema y windows ha sido apagado para evitar daños al 
equipo.

Información técnica:
*** STOP: 0x000000C2 ( 0x00000043,0xC9886000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I can send one of the tmp dump files, if required.

¿What can I do?. I can access to the hard drive files throught Linux.

Thank you very much, Gerry

Nevertheless, I am not able to boot the computer in order to use the 
verifier tool

I can start the system for instance with PE Builder, and start the verifier 
tool, but the result is the same: the blue screen.

Does the computer boot in Safe Mode or if you only have keyboard, mouse 
and monitor connected?

Please send  one of the tmp dump files.

What type of Windows XP CD do you have? How is it described on the face 
of the CD?
