Some websites will not load into a window and the computer is acting quite sluggish. I'm not very computer savvy so this is prettymuch all I can explain.

As you appear to be using a web interface: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows, find the category for Windows XP. Open it and find a group for your question.
