how to verfiy that upgrade of sql server from 2005 express to std   

during the upgrade (yes I did the SKUUPRADE=1 from command line)

the windows interface wouldn't let me check the boxes next to my databases

it upgraded everything else but I suspect I might still have express db's

how can I verify / remedy this 

I looked for a sql server forum but only found slq server for ce
