Deleting a file   

I have some thumbnail pics I discovered when I was doing a 'search recyle bin'.
I had deleted them from my Pictures and Documents folders weeks ago.
How do I remove them (keep them from showing up) whenever I do a 'search 
recycle bin?

Locate the files in the Recycle Bin and permanently delete them.
