Scroll bar missing from VS 2005 MSDN   

Hi there,
             why is there no vertical scroll bar in the content area of VS 
2005 Help?  Is there an update to fix this?  I've just noticed that this 
only seems to happen when you launch it from VS.  If you launch it from the 
MSDN menu, it seems OK.  Maybe I should post in the VS newsgroup.
