Hi all, Over the last few days I don't seem to be able to get into subscriber downloads at MSDN anymore. Having logged in (successfully) I get the following error when I hit the link on the main page: An Error Has Occurred There was an unexpected error while retrieving your benefit data and we cannot process your request. You can try to: Close your browser and retry the operation again in a few minutes. Contact Support Read the On-Line Self Help Reference Id: 5B5EC603 This error has been logged with the reference number noted above. Please use this reference number if you contact support. I get a different error if I try to go via the 'New Subscriber Downloads' link. The result is the same, I can't download anything!! Anyone else having the same problem? I'm in the UK and have tried it on two different systems (that both normally work). TIA, Loz.
I've been getting the same error all day. "Lawrence Groves" wrote: > Hi all, > > Over the last few days I don't seem to be able to get into subscriber > downloads at MSDN anymore.
