Subscriber Downloads Failure
Hi all,

Over the last few days I don't seem to be able to get into subscriber
downloads at MSDN anymore. Having logged in (successfully) I get the
following error when I hit the link on the main page:

    An Error Has Occurred
There was an unexpected error while retrieving your benefit data and we
cannot process your request.

    You can try to:
Close your browser and retry the operation again in a few minutes.
    Contact Support
    Read the On-Line Self Help

    Reference Id: 5B5EC603

This error has been logged with the reference number noted above. Please
use this reference number if you contact support.

I get a different error if I try to go via the 'New Subscriber Downloads'
link. The result is the same, I can't download anything!!

Anyone else having the same problem? I'm in the UK and have tried it on two
different systems (that both normally work).

TIA, Loz.

RE: Subscriber Downloads Failure
I am a Technet subscriber and have had the same problem for 3 days. The
Conscierge have told me that it is a problem which is being worked on. I hope
so!! My testbed build is now 3 days delayd :-(

Best regards
Steen
