As far as I'm aware, with the exception of Vista Enterprise edition
(which is volume license only), it is a single DVD for all editions of
Vista - it's the product key which actually determines which version you
get installed. Therefore, there's no reason why Vista Ultimate x64
should not be available to you.

These include all the debug information for the OS, meaning it'll run
slower, but gives people, particularly those developing drivers, greater
debugging information for the OS.
