Unable to access subscriptions rights...
We renewed our MSDN subscription (via Empower for ISVs) in january.

Since then, we have been unable to access MSDN subscription area (no
downloads, no serials). All calls to the customer service have been more or
less like 30 minutes long (they made as follow their script: Delete cookies,
try again to associate the profile to the subscription, etc, and finally open
a ticket).

We are so fed up that we asked for a refund. They claim they did it but it
doesn't show up in our credit card statements, of which they asked for a copy
before they investigated it any further (we obviously refused to send them a
copy of such data, let alone to a generic support account).

Anyway, is anyone else having this problem? Can't Microsoft fix such a
simple problem? Is it an actual technical problem as the customer service
claims on the phone, or a problem specific to our subscription?

By the way, if anyone at MS actually reads this, our benefit number (or
whatever it's called) is 640506.

The error message I get every time is "Your default subscription is expired.
For more information, click here.".

Your support people can't get me past that.
