What is the consequence of buying Visual Studio 2005 w/MSDN?   

Hi,

I'm trying to find a cheap place to buy MSDN Premium. I see some
people selling it bundled with Visual Studio 2005 and others with
Visual Studio 2008.

If the 2005 is cheaper, shouldn't I buy it? Doesn't the MSDN
subscription allow me to get Visual Studio 2008?
