I have attempted to update my media player 9 to media player 10, but get the following message: Windows media technologies not compatible with this version of windows. I have an oem windows xp pro with service pack 2 which was installed on a custom built computer by the builder and is legal, The media player version i am trying to update to 10 is version 9.00.00.3354. I did try 11 but prefer the 10 i had on my old machine so rolled back to 9 before trying to get 10. I would appreciate any help with this problem, thank you. -- louis
