I don't use Micromedia. Can I safely remove all the updates 911565 for 9 and 936782 and 936783 for 11 ? I've had so much trouble since they installed. I tried to uninstall 11 and it rolled back to 9. I keep getting warnings about removing these updates. KB941569 can never install but does download. I'm sick of it all! Help -- Rita
