I was trying to clean up my music library and deleted quite a few songs. There was a song I wasn't sure about so I listened to it. When I went back to the library, all the songs I deleted were still listed. I tried playing them and I got the error saying they weren't found. Then a help window popped up asking if I wanted the songs with missing files to be deleted from the library. I clicked yes. The songs were removed from the "now playing" list, but when I clicked on the library, they were still there. I then looked on the Tools list, thinking there might be something there that could help. I tried using the "Apply media information changes", hoping that it would check for files and remove the songs that didn't have them. It went through the process, but nothing was deleted from the library. I couldn't think of anything else to try, so I closed WMP 10 and restarted my computer to see if it was just a glitch. No such luck, the files are *still* listed in the library. How do I get them out of my library?

You landed in the group for the Mac version and you'll be far more likely to get a good answer by reposting in one of the proper groups.
