Cannot enable Media Sharing in Windows Media Player 11   

Today, I want to share my music with PS3. Hence, I try to click the "Share My 
media". However, there is no response when i click OK.

Share my Media?? Are you using the Mac version of WMP (because I sure 
can't find any such option in mine),

Coincidentally I also cannot start my Windows media player Network sharing service manually it says Error 1058: The service could not be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no disabled devices associated with it.

Hum.... this is the group for the Mac version of WMP.
You might want to repost in one of the regular WMP groups...

It's a very common mistake.
It's a vicious circle too: the more people post here about WMP11, the
more search engines pick up this group and people tend not to check the
name of the group.
