Error code C00D1199 and C00D1197- I just want to delete the files!
I have a BIG problem since I tried to put som music to my library by ripping
from a CD half year ago. Media player can not play the files because there is
no support for the file or the codec (that is what it says and it appears a
red button with a white cross). Error code is C00D1199, when I click the
Webhelp button . I can not find any way to just delete the files!! That is
all I want. It doesn't work to click the file and "delete". It says in the
formation that the file is not protected or anything. Another problem that
came up is when I suddenly got copies of some music files (I don't know how,
but it has started to duplicate some of the files)- and when I delete one of
the files the other doesn't work or seems to exist- it jumps to the next
song. It appears a blue button with an "i" And the information I get is that
it is not possible to find the file, maybe because it has changed name or
been deleted. Error Code C00D1197. Even theese files I CAN NOT delete from my
library!!
What to do? All the files that are impossible to play, I don't want to be
there, taking place in my library...

please help me. I have Windows Vista

Hum... you might want to repost in one of the regular WMP groups since
this is the group for the Mac version of WMP.
Neil is probably the only one here who might have a clue about your
issue :-\
