Depends on the drive speed which is usually marked on the front of the
disk. If your CD is 60 minutes long and the drive is marked as 48x,
then about 2-3 minutes maximum 

It will take longer if the disk is dirty or scratched and the PC has
to do error correction and re-read parts of the disk data.
