I have purchased a sony cam also the32e version and I am also having trouble with soft wear provided it fact I cant use it its keeps coming up no drive I can play the vidio on screen but cant copy to disc not even with the disk burner I am wondering if our problems lie with the sony soft wear any suggestions?
