I am running OS X 10.4.8 and have downloaded the WMP9 for Mac. Although the application opens, it will not accept any streams or open URL's. It won't even play the sample movie that downloads with it. When I try to sample music tracks via Amazon, a separate window opens that appears to be loading, but nothing happens. Even with the WMP open, nothing is directed to it! I'm frustrated. Why can't I get this to work? Any advice?
