I was wondering if Entourage is basically an updated version of Outlook or if they were actually different programs that did different things. Thanks

The only drawback of Entourage in a work setting is that I have to go through the internet to look up addresses in my company via Outlook Web Access as I don't have this email address feature supported for MACs where I work. A also have to add EVERY address of emails that I receive. Other than that drawback, I much prefer Entourage and use it at home as well.

Hi James! The functionality you're missing is available in Entourage 2004. Are you using this version yet? Be sure to upgrade to sp2 as this has greatly increased Entourage's Exchange capabilities (you can now browse the GAL). bill -- William M. Smith (Microsoft Interop MVP)
