Outlook 2000 Help!
I am stressed out! I just lost all of my
emails/contacts/passwords...everything! I use Outlook 2000 for everything.
Please help! This is what happened:
I signed on today, and was using my email. All of a sudden, I couldn't open
any emails, and an error message popped up. Unfortunately, I don't remember
exactly what it read, but it said something about 'not able to find the
email.' I decided to restart my computer. When I tried to open the Outlook
again, it asked me if I wanted to make a new email or get an old email.
(Something like that). I tried to click 'cancel' but it closed the program.
I then clicked 'old email' ( I don't remember exactly what it said, but in
other words 'old email'). I went to Drive C:, Documents & Settings, Owner 2,
Local Settings, Application Data, Microsoft, Outlook, Archives. Outlook
opened, but I didn't have any emails in there. Since then, I have received 2
emails, so I know it is connected to my email address, but how do I get my
contacts, emails, passwords and everything back? I'm so stressed out! I
have everything in there. If anyone can help, I would be so grateful! Thank
you, thank you, thank you!
