When I send emails, the format is text instead of HTML. Furthermore, all my emails get converted into text attachments (msg-4767-831.txt) and get sent with the email. The recipient then views my email in text format and also gets the txt attachment that contains the same information as in the email. What is going on. Why are my emails being converted to txt messages for the recipient.
