I'm a client and have ouitlook 2001 on my mac. the server is a pc with "Exchange Server" i can't seem to archive all my emails via outllok. I lloked at file | New| or file| open but cannot find archvie or Data file prompts. the administrator is out and we don't know when he will be back. how could i archive? i don't see any public folders in the network. thanks

What you're probably seeking is "Personal Folders", which is also known as a .pst file.
