i can't seem to archive all my emails via outllok. I lloked at file | New|

the administrator is out and we don't know when he will be back. how could i
archive? i don't see any public folders in the network.

What you're probably seeking is "Personal Folders", which is also known
as a .pst file. After doing a quick search on this, the following page
looks to be a thorough set of instructions for creating "Personal
Folders". <http://www.seattleu.edu/it/findit/articles/7228666007.html>.

Hope this helps! bill

You seem to be asking all the questions that have the good answers. :)

ownload/office2004/pstimport.xml&secid=4&ssid=15&flgnosysreq=True>

This only works for importing Outlook 2001 .pst files into Entourage
2004.

Hope this helps! bill
