Problems to synchronize contacts from exchange server   

Hello, 

In the past I used outlook 2003 and 2007, mow after switching to Mac I try
to use Entourage. Only with the contacts I have some problems. Entourage
does not automatically synchronizes the global contact list from the
Microsoft exchange server. Does anybody have an idea how I can do this?
