Duplicate messages when replying
I am using Entourage 2008 to access our company's exchange server via the
webmail portal. Everything seems to be working very well with one
exception. Intermittently when someone reply's to a message the original
message is downloaded by Entourage instead of the new reply. The timestamp
on the message will change to the new time but the content of the message
will be the previous email instead of the reply. I'm using a BlackBerry via
BES and the correct email will be sent to my BlackBerry. If I log onto the
webmail interface to Exchange via Safari the correct message is also shown.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

This is certainly not standard behavior. You may need to empty the cache
of your Inbox or whatever folder where you're seeing this problem and
then let the messages sync again from the server.

If you see this in just one or a handful of folders then right-click or
Control-click that folder, select Folder Properties and click the Empty
button to empty the cache. You can also select the account itself and
empty the cache for all of your folders.

Hope this helps!
