I have several Email accounts and they have been running just fine. But recently my default account has been splitting up new messages into it's own Email In Box and the "On My Computer" In Box. Essentially all new incoming messages go to the Default Email's In box and then the majority start getting moved into the one for "My Computer" The Email accounts that are supposed to dump mail to the "My Computer" In Box are 2 POP accounts that I have terminated but is still active in my list of accounts. My Default account is a Windows Live Hotmail account (I have three additional Windows Live Hotmail accounts but they are not having similar issues.) And I have one Mac IMAP account. I have re-set my permissions I have verified my MUD database and found no issues. I have deleted the Email account and re-installed it None of these attempts of fixing it has worked so far. I have another MacBook Pro as well as a Vista machine where this behavior does not happen. I am running Office 2008 SP1 on a MacBook Pro 2.4 with 4 Gigs of RAM and Leopard 10.5.3. Any words of wisdom out there?? Thanks Dunc
Resolved. There was a mailing list manager that was redirecting the messages. Odd since I never created it ...
