Whenever I try to send a message in Entourage I get this error: Error 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first Explanation Mail could not be sent. Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi irene! FYI, this newsgroup has been deprecated and replaced with microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage. Be sure to post any further questions in that group rather than this one. You'll have a lot more eyes seeing your messages there. I've also set the follow-ups for this message to that group. I suspect your problem is that in your account settings you must enable SSL for your SMTP (outgoing mail) server. Are you possibly traveling and not connected to your home network?
