We are having a problem with one of our computers. She is using Entourage (version 11.3.3) to connect to our Exchange Server (version 6.5.7638.1) using an Exchange Connection (in the Account Setup Screen...). This morning, Entourage has started to mark all new messages added to her Inbox as Read even if she has not opened them in the preview panel or open the message. It also marked all old messages that she manually set to unread as read. Does anyone know of this problem and how we can fix it.

When that connects it marks all new mail as read

I use Entourage more often however, so I'd prefer that the Blackberry didn't do this. Do you know if there is a workaround? Thanks!
