Yahoo Mail Error 2020 data decryption error   

Since December 3rd, my version of Entourage X 10.1.6 9 (040913) has been
reporting: "Security failure.  Data decryption error.", Error 2020 when I
attempt to *pop* mail from the Yahoo! mail server.  I have confirmed that
the pop settings are correct as specified at the yahoo help page.  That is,
Yahoo specifies the following for the incoming mail server:

Incoming Mail (pop3) Server:
"pop.mail.yahoo.com": use SSL, port 995

To that end, I have ensured that the "Advanced receiving options" dialog box
shows boxes ARE CHECKED: "This pop service requires a secure connection
(SSL), AND "Override default pop port: 995"

I AM ABLE to send mail from Entourage using the information specified for
the outgoing mail server, so no problem there.

I am using a 400 mhz Titanium powerbook, running os x 10.3.9.  Since I'm on
the road using public wifi's both at the university and at the local public
library,  I am unable to check this out at my home.  Prior to 12/3/2007, I
had NO PROBLEMS in using Entourage to pop my Yahoo mail

Any one else experiencing this problem?  Anyone have a solution that I might
check out?
