TEXT IN OUTLOOK EMAIL CHANGES UPON FORWARD/COPY/SEND
Using Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server (for over 12 months).

A user drafted an email with bullet points. This was sent to another
internal user. On receipt the bulleted text had changed into gobbledegook.
Non bulleted text was fine. On investigation found the bulleted text had
changed to font Wingdings. On converting this back to Times New Roman the
whole of the section was backwards, e.g. siht is elbatpecca. The only time
the text appears as typed is in the users mailbox (and by creating a profile
and logging directly into the mailbox). Access by any other method e.g.
using permissions, copying, forwarding etc shows the "backward" wingdings
text.

Note that tried sending to various users, accessing from 3 different PC's
but results always as above.

Any ideas?
