Word Perfect (R) Office 12   

I can not access Word Perfect on the computer.  I get the following error: 
"ERROR 1606, could not access network location, %USER PROFILE%Net Hood\".  I 
have tried to uninstall Word Perfect and re-install the program but it won't 
let me uninstall it.  Any suggestions of trying to access Word Perfect or 
even uninstalling the program.
