XP crashes when sending documents to fax printer   

For some reason, I am getting a blue screen each time I try to send a 
document to my fax printer. So far, the problem happens in MS Word and Adobe. 
I am able to fax from MS Excel however... Very strange. Anyone else have this 
problem?
