JPG Image Not Showing after Installing Office 2003 SP3
Hi, wondering if anyone can help with this issue. We have a system with
Windows XP SP2 and just upgraded to Office 2003 Service Pack 3. After
upgrading when the user receives an e-mail with a .JPG attachment (Image) it
opens the image, however all we see is the small box placeholder. We have
saved it to the hard drive and opened it with the same issue. We have tried
opening it up on other systems with Office SP3 with the same issue. I can
open the JPG files on a non-SP3 system. I have researched registry entries
to change as that seems to be the fix for a lot of the SP3 issues we've
researched. Any previous .JPG files saved to the hard drive prior to SP3 I
can open up and see the image. I lost the file association option for .JPG
we had prior to SP3 and most of the others do not open the image. Please
Help!!
