Product is use for several years. Recently corrupted? Forced to uninstall then re-install followed by downloading all updates. Have gone through complete process 3 times now without success. This is the message each time when WORD is opened. The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\E_DU16BE.DLL is not a valid windows image. Any suggestions please. -- chris
