Hi, I have recently bought a new laptop along with Microsoft Office Standard 2007 (July) and successfully registered alright. I also used Office's second account for my computer at home. About two weeks ago, my brother tried to install a XP program that crashed my computer. I don't know if it's the program or compability, but the problem is, now that I have restored my laptop to its factory settings, Office is asking me to put the Product Key again. I did, only to find that it is not "valid." Any suggestions on what to do now, except paying $49 for Microsoft? Thanks.
