I installed MS Office Edition 2003 with no problems, now I am receiving a message that states it is not a genuine MS product. When I type in the product code it rejects it and states not valid,it was purchased from Microsofts' head office in Redmond,WA. by a Microsoft employee, so I doubt it is not genuine. I have called the 800 help number,emailed MS, searched online and I keep getting the run around. How do I correct what is happening? I cannot receive any security updates or download certain programs, etc.
