Since trying to open an attatchment from my work I can no longer open or start a new word file because every time i do it tries to install office XP professional with frontpage which I've never had. I just need to be able to access and open word files and I'm not about to pay £35 just to be able to send an email to tech support.

This really isn't the forum for Windows and Frontpage questions (this is for Mac Office) but if you're having problems with Windows opening a file with the wrong application simply right-click the document, select Properties and set the default application. bill -- William M.
